About PRONEEP

Mr. Irfan founded PRONEEP in Feb 2007 with a focus to develop quality software where every activity is performed with true professionalism and precision. That’s what the name says: PROfessionals NEEd Precision!

Sub-contracting, software development, and consultancy services are offered to companies in Pakistan. All software development team members have an integrated consideration of developing bug-free software with agreed quality and service level. We have earned a good reputation in developing quality software after passing through a hardship, continuous monitoring and improvement, and our commitment to excellence. We learned from our mistakes and realized that:

PRONEEP started its training wing in July 2017. Our objective is to train fresh and young CS graduates (0 – 3 years of experience) to work professionally, teach them how to write “unbreakable code”, work proactively, and become value-adding team players. Our training programs are always rigorous and they are intended to transform graduates so they could start working in software houses in a true professional way. So far, we have launched two training programs: Becoming a Pro Developer and Mastering Interview Skills.

Under the training umbrella, our latest step is the ctor() Initiative. It combines the last two training programs and intends to train fresh CS graduates and transform them into professional starters. It will also provide employers pre-evaluated, trained, and skillful resources. It offers hassle-free hiring and will cut short their hiring time to 30%.
